Seattle Mun. Code § 23.60A.198
in effectDrive-in businesses are not allowed on waterfront lots in the Shoreline District. Drive-in businesses may be allowed on upland lots in the Shoreline District subject to the provisions of the underlying zone and other special districts. (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
