Accessory structure.
San José Municipal Code § 20.200.030
in effect"Accessory structure" is a separate and subordinate structure which is open in nature and the use of which is purely incidental to that of the main building. Examples of such structure include but are not limited to fences seven feet or less in height, gazebos, arbors, trellises, and pergolas. (Ord. 26248.)
