Effectiveness of permit.
San José Municipal Code § 20.180.480
in effectA conditional use permit or planned development permit issued under this chapter for a mobilehome conversion project may be issued prior to the time compliance has been made with the said codes and said regulations as hereinabove provided in Section 20.180.460 , but such permit shall not become effective unless and until compliance has been made as provided in each permit.
