Chapters 1 through 10 of Title 75 shall be known and may be cited as the Uniform Commercial Code. This chapter may be cited as Article 1 when referring to the general provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code or as Uniform Commercial Code - General Provisions. Chapters 1 through 10 of Title 75 are numbered to correspond to the numbering of the articles of the Uniform Commercial Code and may be referred to as “Articles.”
