in effectThe purpose of this Chapter is to: A. Specify how the City will implement the requirements of California Government Code Section 65915 et seq. ("State Housing Density Bonuses and Incentives Law"); and B. Facilitate the development of affordable housing consistent with the goals, objectives, and policies of the City's General Plan Housing Element as may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 31298 .)
