Delivery of grain pursuant to negotiable and nonnegotiable warehouse receipts.
Miss. Code Ann. § 75-44-57
in effectA grain warehouseman shall not deliver grain for which he has issued a negotiable receipt until the receipt has been returned to him and cancelled, and shall not deliver grain for which he has issued a nonnegotiable receipt until he has received authority from the person lawfully entitled to such delivery, or his authorized agent.
