Administration of article; rules and regulations.
Miss. Code Ann. § 69-7-257
in effectExcept for the collections of the proceeds of the assessment levied hereunder, which shall be collected by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce, the administration of this article shall be vested in the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board. The board shall prescribe reasonable rules and regulations for the enforcement of the provisions of this article.
