in effectA. The Director may rescind or suspend a shoreline substantial development permit if any of the following occur: 1. The permittee has developed the site in a manner not authorized by the permit; 2. The permittee has not complied with the conditions of the permit; 3. The permittee has secured the permit with false or misleading information; or 4. The permit was issued in error. B. The determination that a permit should be rescinded or suspended shall be made following a public hearing by the Director. Notice of the hearing shall be mailed to the permittee not fewer than 15 days prior to the date set for the hearing and be included in the Land Use Information Bulletin. The notice shall specify the basis for the hearing. (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
