Location of Parking
Seattle Mun. Code § 23.73.018
in effectParking provided as accessory parking for any permitted use may be located on the lot, or built into or under the structure, or located on a lot other than the lot on which the use is located except that parking is not permitted on a lot other than the lot where the use is located if providing the parking would result in the partial or total demolition of a character structure.
