in effectThe developer shall furnish each prospective purchaser of an interest in a condominium mobilehome park or community mobilehome park pursuant to a conversion project a true copy of the conditional use permit or planned development permit issued under this chapter and of each document required, by state law and the regulations of the California Department of Real Estate, to be provided to such prospective purchaser.
