Miss. Code Ann. § 75-67-635
repealedThe commissioner may employ the necessary full-time employees above the number of permanent full-time employees authorized for the department for fiscal year 2016 to carry out and enforce the provisions of this article. The commissioner may also expend the necessary funds to equip and provide necessary travel expenses for those employees.
