Exemption from provisions of this chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to either of the following: 1. The conversion to a project pursuant to a PD permit in a PD district whose PD zoning permits the conversion to a project. 2. The conversion to a project pursuant to a final subdivision map recorded prior to October 3, 1975. (Ord. 26248.)
