Miss. Code Ann. § 27-65-221
in effectAny tax collection agreements between the State Tax Commission and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians shall be for a term not to exceed ten (10) years; however, such agreements shall be renewable upon expiration by the mutual consent of the parties.
