Mixed-use buildings and mixed-use developments may share available parking when the individual uses have significantly different peak parking characteristics that vary one from another by time of day, day of week, and/or season of the year. In these situations, shared parking strategies will usually result in fewer total parking spaces required. The following schedule of shared parking calculations shall be used when calculating the total number of off-street parking spaces required: Table - Schedule of Shared Parking Calculations Weekdays Weekends General Land Use Classification Midnight - 7:00 am 7:00 am- 6:00pm 6:00 pm- Midnight M i d n 7:00 am- 6:00 pm 6:00 pm- Midnight Office and Industrial 5%
