Maximum width of regulated facade

in effectEach regulated façade is limited to 240 feet in width, except for structures in Block 6 where an open space with a minimum width of 40 feet, measured parallel to the street, and a minimum depth of 30 feet separates a portion of the façade from the street, dividing the regulated facade into segments with a maximum width of 240 feet each.
