in effectThe following measurement technique shall be used to calculate whether or not lot width at the line of ordinary high water is sufficient to comply with the requirement of subsection 23.60A.187.C: A. Lot width shall be the distance measured in a straight line between the points where the lot lines intersect the ordinary high water mark. B. If the lot lines, ordinary high water mark or other conditions are irregular, the Director may determine if the lot meets the lot width criterion, based on the intent of the Shoreline Master Program.
