San José Municipal Code § 20.80.178
in effectPursuant to Section 66333 of the Government Code, or as amended, this Section provides for the streamlined approval of Junior Accessory Dwelling Units. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Title to the contrary, Junior Accessory Dwelling Units, for lots consisting of single-family dwellings, shall comply with State law provisions, as may be amended.
