Cooperation.
Miss. Code Ann. § 69-23-17
in effectThe commissioner is authorized and empowered to cooperate with, and enter into cooperative agreements with, any other agency of this state, the United States Government, or its agencies or any public or private agency for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter and FIFRA and securing uniformity of regulations.
