Securities registration requirement.
Miss. Code Ann. § 75-71-301
in effectIt is unlawful for a person to offer or sell a security in this state unless:
The security is a federal covered security; The security, transaction, or offer is exempted from registration under Sections 75-71-201 through 75-71-203; or The security is registered under this chapter.
