Green building standards
Seattle Mun. Code § 23.48.345
in effectFor projects that exceed a height of 55 feet, excluding pitched roofs and rooftop features permitted above the applicable height limit pursuant to subsections 23.48.025.B and 23.48.025.C, the applicant shall make a commitment that the proposed development will meet the green building standard and shall demonstrate compliance with that commitment, all in accordance with Chapter 23.58D .
