In shoreline environments where aquaculture is allowed or allowed as a special use or a shoreline conditional use it shall comply with the standards for aquaculture in this Section 23.60A.194 . B. Aquaculture facilities are required to be located, designed, constructed and managed so as not to spread disease to native aquatic life, adversely impact eelgrass and macroalgae, or significantly conflict with navigation. C. Aquaculture facilities are required to use best management practices to mitigate impacts from the construction and management of the facilities. D. Aquaculture facilities shall not cultivate nonnative species. E. In addition to the regulations and requirements in this Chapter 23.60A , geoduck aquaculture shall meet the standards of WAC 173-26-241(3)(b). (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
