§ 55-77. - Reading meters; billing. The utilities services superintendent shall schedule water meters to be read every other month and shall render water bills to water consumers every month. Whenever readings are not or cannot be obtained, the monthly billing shall be based on an estimate made in accordance with Section 55-72 of this article. (Code 1970, § 35-48; Ord.
