§ 55-78. - Additional charge for delinquent bills. Any amount due on any utility account or on any utility bill issued by the City not paid by the due date shall be considered delinquent. An additional charge of one and one-half percent per month may be assessed for all delinquent amounts for so long as the amounts remain delinquent.
