Creation of Site Plan Review Committee
Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 1202-A
in effectThere shall be a Site Plan Review Committee to be chaired by the Planning Director, or
his designee, which shall consist of one representative, from each of the following City
Departments and/or divisions:
1. Architectural Design Administrator
2. Building and Permit Division
3. Engineering, Drainage
4. Engineering, Traffic
5. Fire Department
6. Flood Ordinance Administrator
7. Legal Department
8. Landscape Ordinance Administrator
9. Police Department
10. Signs and License Division
11. Storm Water
12. Water/Sewer Utilities
13. Zoning Administration
Site Plan Review1102.01-A Other Representation:
In addition, the Site Plan Review Chairman may invite a representative from the County
Health Department, the U. S. Postal Service, Jackson Public Schools, and from any utility
provider that may be affected by proposed development within the City on a case-by-
case basis.
