Transferability of future interests
Wis. Stat. § 700.07
in effectA future interest is transferable during the lifetime of the owner and passes on the owner’s death by will or under the law of intestate succession in the same manner as a present interest; but this section does not make an interest transferable if a valid condition or limitation restricts transfer, nor permit an interest to pass at death if the interest ends at death.
