Relation to Mississippi Public Records Act.
Miss. Code Ann. § 27-104-159
in effectNothing in Sections 27-104-151 through 27-104-159 shall be construed to supersede the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, as amended, except that Sections 27-104-151 through 27-104-158 shall apply to expenditures of the legislative branch.
