in effectSec. 111-324. - Twenty-third ward.
The twenty-third ward of the city shall be described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Monon Railroad and Thirty-eighth Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Thirty-eighth Street to the centerline of Temple; running thence south on and along the centerline of Temple to the centerline of Thirty-second Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Thirty-second Street to the centerline of Eastern; running thence south on and along the centerline of Eastern to the centerline of Thirtieth Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Thirtieth Street to the centerline of Dearborn; running thence south on and along the centerline of Dearborn to the centerline of Twenty-first Street; running thence west on and along the centerline of Twenty-first Street to the centerline of Massachusetts Avenue; running thence southwesterly on and along the centerline of Massachusetts Avenue to the centerline of the Monon Railroad; running thence north northeasterly on and along the centerline of the Monon Railroad to the centerline of Thirty-eighth Street, said point being the place of beginning.
