Identification of principal permitted uses.

in effectPrincipal uses not listed in the respective zones of Subtitle III, Division 2 of SMC Title 23 , Land Use Code shall be prohibited in those zones. If a use is not listed, the Director may determine that a proposed use is substantially similar to other uses permitted or prohibited in the respective zones, therefore, and should also be permitted or prohibited.
