Unauthorized participation by convicted individual
Wis. Stat. § 214.925
in effect(1) Except with the prior written consent of the division, a person who has been convicted of a criminal offense involving dishonesty or a breach of trust may not participate, directly or indirectly, in any manner in the conduct of the affairs of a savings bank.
(2) The directors or officers of a savings bank may not permit a person described in sub. (1) to participate in the conduct of the affairs of the savings bank.
