Sec. 7-74. - Applicability of variance. Any variance granted under the provisions of this division will apply only to the specific property and use upon which the director was requested to grant a variance by the applicant. All variances as granted shall be in writing, signed by the director and maintained by the director in accordance with the appropriate record retention schedule. (Ord. No. 2016-964, § 4(Exh.
