in effectAll uses or activities, except parking, permitted in the IP district shall be conducted entirely within an enclosed building unless the use or activity is traditionally conducted outdoors or is pursuant to and in compliance with Part 10.5 of Chapter 20.80 . (Ords. 26248, 31079.)
