Each applicant for a license to conduct gaming aboard a vessel or cruise vessel shall pay an application fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). Each licensee who is licensed to conduct gaming aboard a vessel or cruise vessel shall pay an annual license fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
