2.50.050 - Hearing—Conduct—Compelling witnesses. (A) The City Attorney shall conduct the proceedings of the hearing and may call any witness and produce any evidence necessary to benefit the Board in its deliberations. Each member of the Board may inquire of any witness about any of the evidence and of the official indicted. (B) The City Attorney, the Board and the official so indicted are each entitled to such process as is necessary to enforce the attendance of witnesses.
