2.50.060 - Hearing—Official's appearance—Admissions or noncooperation. (A) The official so indicted shall appear at the time stated in the notice and shall answer all inquiries of him and may inquire of all witnesses, comment about any of the evidence and give any explanation he may wish in regard to any of the issues before the Board. (B) If the official pleads the truth of the allegations of the indictment or refuses to answer questions relevant to the issues, the Board may take such pleading or lack of cooperation into consideration.
