San José Municipal Code § 20.200.400
in effect"Fixed-base host" means any permitted use, other than a residential use, located within a permitted building or structure on the same parcel or lot and which shares parking, sanitary facilities, trash disposal and other support facilities with a vending facility or certified farmers' market.
