Ranger’s books open to inspection.
Miss. Code Ann. § 69-13-325
in effectThe books kept by the ranger for the registration of estrays shall be open to the inspection of every person free of charge; and, at the expiration of his office, shall be handed over to his successor; and, when filed, shall be deposited with the clerk of the chancery court of the county, who shall preserve them.
