in effectThe location of shoreline environments may be amended according to the procedure provided for Official Land Use Map amendments in Chapter 23.76 . Change in the location of a shoreline environment is a Shoreline Master Program amendment that must be approved by Ecology according to Ecology's procedures before it becomes effective.
