San José Municipal Code § 20.170.410
in effectWithin five (5) days of receipt of the final public report on the proposed project from the California Department of Real Estate (hereinafter "final public report"), the developer shall notify each of the tenants of the proposed project of the issuance of said report. Said notice shall indicate that copies of said report are available on request, and shall contain a restatement of certain tenants' rights, pursuant to Section 20.170.420 , including: 1. Right of continued tenancy. 2. Exclusive "right of first refusal" to purchase the unit, and 3. "Right to quiet enjoyment" of the unit. (Ord. 26248.)
