Sec. 18-112. - Computation of hourly rate for deputy sheriff command staff for purposes of calculating payments for accrued sick and vacation leave. For purposes of calculating payments for accrued sick and vacation leave, the hourly rate for deputy sheriff majors, deputy sheriff division chiefs, and the undersheriff shall be determined by adding the employee's annual salary and longevity pay and dividing that total annual figure by two thousand and eighty (2,080) hours.
