San José Municipal Code § 20.200.166
in effect"Build-to-line" means a line parallel to the front property line that designates the location for the façade of a building. For a corner lot in the pedestrian oriented zoning districts, the build-to-line for the primary street shall extend to the intersecting street. (Ord. 28858.)
