in effectA "single room occupancy (SRO) residential hotel" is a commercial facility where individual secure rooms are rented to a one or two-person household. SRO residential hotel units are provided on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, in exchange for an agreed payment of a fixed amount or money or other compensation based on the period of occupancy.
