Nonconforming residential use regulations.
San José Municipal Code § 20.150.090
in effectWhere property in a nonresidential district contains a legal nonconforming residence, such use shall continue to maintain the minimal side and front set backs as if it were located in an R-1-8 residence district and shall in addition comply with all other applicable regulations and development standards for lots with a one-family dwelling.
