Applicability.
San José Municipal Code § 20.70.010
in effectThis chapter shall apply only to properties with a zoning designation consistent with this chapter and located within the downtown area bounded by Julian Street; properties fronting both sides of North Fourth Street; East St. John Street; 7th Street; East San Fernando Street; South 4th Street; Interstate 280; the Union Pacific Railroad line; Stockton Avenue; Taylor Street and Coleman Avenue; which area is sometimes referred to as the downtown zoning area.
