§ 2-174. - Clerk empowered to affix Mayor's adopted facsimile signature upon written approval. The City Clerk is empowered to affix the adopted facsimile signature of the Mayor to such official instruments as the Mayor may so designate in writing. Such authority shall remain in full force and effect until nullified in writing by the Mayor. (Ord. No. 17352, § 1(2-68.1), 9-27-83; Code 1980, § 2-124)
