Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 2-171 Status.

§ 2-171. - Status. For the purpose of performing the function of keeping custody of the City's official papers, records and documents, and supervising the official publication of ordinances, notices, and other matters requiring publication, the office of the City Clerk as previously established and existing in the Division of Public Management is hereby confirmed, but the City Clerk, when acting as Clerk of the City Council, shall be within the Division of Public Affairs. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 2-172 Assistant City Clerk.

§ 2-172. - Assistant City Clerk. There is hereby created in the Division of Public Management the office of Assistant City Clerk, who shall perform all of the duties of the City Clerk in the latter's absence or inability to serve, or when requested to do so by the City Clerk at any other time. The Assistant City clerk, when acting as Clerk of the City Council, shall be within the Division of Public Affairs. (Code 1970, § 2-69; Code 1980, § 2-122)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 2-173 Deputy City Clerk.

§ 2-173. - Deputy City Clerk. There is hereby created in the Division of Public Management the office of Deputy City Clerk, who shall perform all of the duties of the City Clerk in the latter's absence or inability to serve. The Deputy City Clerk, when acting as Clerk of the City Council, shall be within the Division of Public Affairs. The Deputy City Clerk shall be appointed by the City Manager, and shall be a member of the staff of the City Clerk. (Ord. No. 16966, § 1(2-69.1), 12-21-82; Code 1980, § 2-123)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 2-174 Clerk empowered to affix Mayor's adopted facsimile signature upon written approval.

§ 2-174. - Clerk empowered to affix Mayor's adopted facsimile signature upon written approval. The City Clerk is empowered to affix the adopted facsimile signature of the Mayor to such official instruments as the Mayor may so designate in writing. Such authority shall remain in full force and effect until nullified in writing by the Mayor. (Ord. No. 17352, § 1(2-68.1), 9-27-83; Code 1980, § 2-124)
