Seattle Mun. Code § 23.60A.330
in effectStructures, including floats and piers, shall not occupy more than 35 percent of the entire waterway nor more than 40 percent of the width of the waterway. The standard in subsection 23.60A.336.B supersedes the allowances provided in this Section 23.60A.330 . (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
