Unattended collection container.
San José Municipal Code § 20.200.1303
in effect"Unattended collection container" means a box or other container less than or equal to five hundred square feet in area, less than or equal to twelve feet in height, and not attended by a person during at least part of the time that it is accessible for use by the general public, and that may be included in a small collection facility.
