§ 27-31-43 [Laws, 1989, ch. 535, § 9, eff from and after passage (approved April 17, 1989).] Editor’s Notes — Former § 27-31-43 exempted real and personal property belonging to the United States constituting a part of the project or a facility related to the project as defined in the Mississippi Wayport Authority Act (codified as Section 61-4-1 et seq. and repealed effective July 1, 2017) from ad valorem taxation.
