Civil actions to restrain violations of Gaming Control Act.
Miss. Code Ann. § 75-76-145
in effectThe Attorney General, at the request of the executive director or the commission, may institute a civil action in any court of this state against any person subject to this chapter, to restrain a violation of this chapter. The court shall give priority over other civil actions to an action brought pursuant to this section. An action brought against a person pursuant to this section shall not preclude a criminal action or administrative proceeding against that person.
