Waiver of right to hearing.
Miss. Code Ann. § 69-15-59
in effectFailure of the accused to request a hearing or respond to the complaint within thirty (30) days shall constitute a waiver of the right to a hearing and any penalties assessed by the board shall be due and payable as provided in Section 69-15-67.
